Four Days Away!
Our visiting artisan lunch and learn is only four days away! We wanted to give you four important details to help you get here easily, know what is happening, and get excited for the event, which is taking place on April 27 at 11:30 at Lupton Auditorium of Oglethorpe University.
1. As of now, all of the lunch reservations we could take have been filled. So, you can still RSVP to get on our waiting list if someone does not show up. However, please bring your own lunch if you would like to eat there and have not yet RSVP’d.
2. Ten Thousand Villages Cumming and Ten Thousand Villages Atlanta are generously donating fair trade coffees, teas, and chocolates that are free samples to all event participants.
3. Directions and parking instructions can be found here. Parking is free to event attendees.
4. For those of you who were able to make it into the first thirty who RSVP’d, please bring the meal ticket you were sent. If you RSVP’d, and did not receive a meal ticket, or an email saying you were on the waiting list, please email fairtradeatl@gmail.com. Jason’s Deli will be catering with delicious boxed lunches with your choice of spinach veggie wrap, turkey breast, or chicken salad on whole wheat, with a side and a cookie.
