Supply and demand dictate market practices. Businesses, therefore, play a large role in the fight against slavery  because they directly influence the demand at the bottom of the supply chain. For example, if Hershey stopped purchasing cocoa from farms that use slaves, slavery in these cocoa farms along the ivory coast of Africa would likely decrease. At Fair Trade Atlanta, we want to honor businesses that are choosing to advocate for fair trade, as well as encourage businesses that are not. If you are a business representative and would like to be included on our Fair Trade Businesses page, please fill out this form. If you want more information, please fill out the same form, leaving irrelevant fields blank. In either case, we will contact you within 48 hours to provide you with information, next steps, and to validate the information given to us.
